Atelier Puka jewelry is handcrafted and carefully prepared in Bordeaux, France.
Each order is prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, except during exceptional periods or when otherwise specified on the product page.
All shipments are sent with tracking to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
Estimated delivery times
- France: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: delivery times vary depending on destination
These delivery times are provided as an indication and may vary according to postal services.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the selected delivery method and destination.
All costs are clearly displayed before payment.
RETURNS
If a piece does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us.
Returned jewelry must be:
- unworn
- in its original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or confirmed defect.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method, as soon as possible.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED JEWELRY
Custom-made or personalized jewelry (specific lengths, adjustments, or special requests) cannot be returned, in accordance with applicable regulations.

EXCHANGES AND REPAIRS
If your jewelry shows a defect or issue upon receipt, please contact us promptly so that we can find the most appropriate solution together.
Atelier Puka also offers a repair service whenever possible, as part of a durable and responsible approach to jewelry making.
