All Atelier Puka jewelry is handcrafted in the studio in Bordeaux, France.
Each piece is assembled, adjusted, and finished by hand, which may result in slight variations from one piece to another.
Are the jewelry pieces suitable for everyday wear?

Atelier Puka jewelry is designed to be worn regularly.
Materials, proportions, and finishes are chosen to suit daily wear, without excessive precautions, while respecting the nature of the materials.
Is gold filled durable?

14k gold filled is known for its good durability over time.
Thanks to its thick layer of gold, it withstands regular wear and ages progressively.

Is Atelier puka jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Gold filled is generally well tolerated by sensitive skin.
However, each person’s skin reacts differently. If you have a known sensitivity or allergy, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
Can I wear the jewelry in water?

It is best to avoid repeated contact with water, especially chlorinated or salt water, in order to preserve the jewelry’s finish and the quality of gemstones and pearls.

Occasional contact will not immediately damage the piece, but prolonged exposure to water is not recommended.
How should I care for my Atelier Puka jewelry ?

Simple care is sufficient:

Yes.
Atelier Puka works exclusively with natural fine gemstones and natural freshwater pearls.
Variations in color, shape, or inclusions are inherent to the materials and make each piece unique.

No.
Due to the handcrafted process and the nature of the materials, each piece may show slight variations compared to the photos.
These differences are part of the studio’s identity.
How do I choose the right size ?

Necklace and bracelet lengths are indicated on each product page.
If you are unsure or would like a specific adjustment, you can contact us before placing your order.
Do you offer personalized jewelry ?

Certain adjustments (chain length, bracelet size) can be made upon request.
Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for returns.

Can I return a piece of jewelry ?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if a piece does not meet your expectations.

Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
